Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Agile Functional Analyst to join our project based in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Requirements mapping and analysis;
• Analysis and writing of User Stories;
• Preparation of functional specifications documentation;
• Serving as a bridge between the business and development teams;
• Participating in meetings with diverse stakeholders;
• Contributing to backlog prioritization;
• FOLLOWING the development of sprints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• To excel in this role, you will need:
• Great analytical, organizational, and planning skills;
• Experience in IS analysis and elaboration of acceptance criteria;
• Knowledge of Software Architecture (a plus);
• Fluency in Agile and Scrum Mindset;
• Excellent process communication skills;
• Excellent customer and team orientation skills.
