Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 4 years of highly effective agile management experience leading product or portfolio teams.
• Experience communicating program status, risks, issues, and needs to all levels of leaders.
• Experience managing alignment across programs, projects, or product teams in a cross-functional business environment.
• Proficient in effective troubleshooting and issue resolution techniques.
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

Additionally, experience in a global business operations organization is strongly preferred.
