Job Description:
The Agile Coach will work on an international project, leading and managing teams and resources. This role requires a strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban, as well as coaching techniques, team coaching experience, and training expertise.

Requirements:
Candidates should possess:
1. Over 5 years of experience at a similar position;
2. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban;
3. Proven experience in Agile projects;
4. Coaching techniques, team coaching experience, and training experience;
5. Oral and written fluency in English;
6. Ability to lead and manage teams and resources;
7. Aptitude for problem-solving and creating solutions;
8. Resilient and pressure-resistant spirit;
9. Enjoyment of teamwork;
10. Analytical and technical skills;
11. Rigorous attitude and attention to detail;
12. Ease of communication with the entire team;
13. Compliance with deadlines.
