We're looking for a seasoned Agile Project Leadership Specialist to join our team at Growin. As a key member of our agile team, you'll be responsible for leading teams, communicating effectively, and planning strategically to drive project success.

Your background in Project Management (PMP certification is a plus) will help you navigate the complexities of hybrid and remote projects. Your experience working with teams utilizing agile development methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) will enable you to efficiently manage tasks and resources.

You'll also be expected to possess strong knowledge of management tools (MS Project, MS Office Suite, MS Visio, Jira, etc.) to streamline project operations and enhance productivity.
