  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a unified agile vision across Nmbrs, promoting consistency and individuality in teams.
  • Mentor scrum masters, sharing best practices and facilitating skill development in agile methodologies.
  • Establish structured guidelines and frameworks to ensure scrum teams move in harmony, fostering synergy and collaboration.
  • Teach effective retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote agile principles across technical and non-technical squads, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Maximise Atlassian tool potential to improve agile workflows.
  • Requirements
  • PSM I, II or CSM certification.
  • Experience in SaaS industries.
  • A deep understanding of Scrum and other agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with agile tools and metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Enthusiastic, humble, and adaptable, with the ability to navigate organisational nuances.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
