Agile Excellence Leader
- Nmbrs is an innovative HR & Payroll pioneer, redefining the industry through collaboration, innovation, and proactive mindset.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop a unified agile vision across Nmbrs, promoting consistency and individuality in teams.
- Mentor scrum masters, sharing best practices and facilitating skill development in agile methodologies.
- Establish structured guidelines and frameworks to ensure scrum teams move in harmony, fostering synergy and collaboration.
- Teach effective retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote agile principles across technical and non-technical squads, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Maximise Atlassian tool potential to improve agile workflows.
- Requirements
- PSM I, II or CSM certification.
- Experience in SaaS industries.
- A deep understanding of Scrum and other agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile tools and metrics.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Enthusiastic, humble, and adaptable, with the ability to navigate organisational nuances.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
