• What We're Looking For
• 5+ Years of Experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coaching
• Deep Understanding of Agile Principles and Practices
• Ability to Collaborate with Product Owners and Teams
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence Tools
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Coaching Teams to Achieve Agile Excellence
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Optional: Experience in Software Development
• Willingness to Work in Hybrid Model in Lisbon, Portugal
