• The Project Manager's prime responsibility is to ensure that a project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
• *Planning & Control**
• - Ownership of migration plans
• - Ensuring that forecasted trackable milestones are achieved and where necessary a Project Change Request (PCR) is drafted and approved
• - Ensuring that Test Plans, migration/rollback plans are prepared properly and put included into the baseline
• *Team Leadership**
• - Effective and confident leadership of multicultural fully remote Project Team
• - Communicating the latest project status to the team
• - Ensuring that the team is fully and appropriately resourced to deliver, with periods of leave arranged and covered effectively
• - Ensure the project team are aware of the current priorities and expected work deadlines and are motivated and focused to deliver
• - Address team blockers and issues
• - Contribute to the architecture forum, ensuring any open related topics are effectively addressed
• - Contribute lessons learned / suggest and implement improvements for Project Management methodology.
• *Required skills**:

• - At least one of the Key languages: French, German, Swedish or Dutch
• - At least 1 years of experience in Project Management (certification preferable)
• - Autonomy - able to work independently as an individual contributor
• - Organization skills - able to organize and simplify complex environments
• - Communication skills - able to work and engage all sort of stakeholders
