Join Our Agile Team

As an Agile Coach at Powertalent, you will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching the development team, and removing obstacles hindering the team's progress.

You will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is properly groomed and the team delivers value in every sprint.

• This role requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor the development team on agile practices and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework
• Identify and resolve impediments or obstacles hindering the team's progress
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlog
• Monitor and track team velocity and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support the team in evolving their agile practices

During the initial project phase, you will be based at our Lisbon office in the Parque das Nações area.
