• Job Description**
• BI DEPLOYMENT PROJECT MANAGER - LISBON, PORTUGAL**
• *ABOUT THIS JOB**

As a Project Manager your task would be to lead the deployment of the brand-new tool that will be used by every single client of NielsenIQ to manage market data. This is a global impact kind of the role with 89 countries in scope. The position reports to the Head of BI deployment.

• One of the fist challenges in the role would be to implement tracking process and report for the assets identified to be transitioned according to the approved plan. The other responsibilities would include tracking day-to-day progress with the development team, uncovering potential delays, recommending actions for risk mitigation. An important part would be also reporting KPIs to the leadership team in timely manner and coordinate KPI integration to master plan of the deployment.
• *RESPONSIBILITIES**
• - Define and design detailed Key Performance Indicators to allow leadership to take actions in order to mitigate risks and put the program back on track when required.
• - Implement trackinig mechanism in selected tracking platform (power BI) to ensure real time access to the latest status of each deliverable.
• - Coordinate daily with the development team to ensure report steps are properly updated and kept on track. Escalate to leadership if plan is going of track.
• - Coordinate daily with the BI Deployment governance teams (manufacturer and retailer) to ensure plan is on track and onshore capacity allocation is balanced. Identify quickly potential showstopper from capacity standpoint versus approved plan.
• - Share weekly status with senior leadership on progress of the deployment with key risk identification and mitigation plan approved.
• - Keep plan up-to-date based on business priority evolution along the duration of the project.
• - Coordinate status integration with over plan to ensure 360 view of the program.
• *A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU**
• You understand what it takes to manage a deployment project on the international level. You have a demonstrable Project Management experience, ideally in the context of technological environment.
• Synthetizing information for senior management is your strong side. You are able to communicate effectively and to manage various stakeholders. You know the basics of change management and you do thrive in agile environment. On top of that, you actively manage risks and drive execution for the project, working independently and directing the work of others.
• *REQUIREMENTS**
• - 3+ years of demonstrable experience in project management
• - Experience in BI project deployment as a Project Manager
• - Business analysis / reporting skills, ideally previous exposure to BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and experience in designing KPIs for a project or a product
• - Proven track record in working directly with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions
• - A self-motivated individual able to constructively and proactively communicate and work with a range of audience (internal, client, offshore)
• - Ability to work autonomously in a very agile environment
• - Ability to assess workload versus capacity
• - Change management experience
• - Strong verbal and written communication skills including problem solving, prioritizing and interpersonal relationship building
• - Proven organization and time management skills (ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines)
• - Fluent English
