Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Change Manager to lead our digital transformation initiative. Key responsibilities include:
• Leveraging expertise to drive business agility and optimize processes;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Agile methodologies;
• Conducting interviews and gathering insights to inform process improvement initiatives;
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions to install a new mindset and promote Agile adoption.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in Agile coaching and change management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong understanding of process modeling (BPMN) and Agile methodologies;
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments and with diverse stakeholders;
• Proficiency in using Agile tools and process mapping software.
