The Turbine Control Software department at Vestas Technology & Operations is a critical part of the organization within Vestas Power Solutions.

Our department is responsible for delivering software development projects that make Vestas turbines efficient and safe to operate.

We are a team of highly skilled and experienced Project Managers and Project Technical Leads located across three different sites in India, Portugal, and Denmark.

Job Description:

As an experienced Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding our software development teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate closely with Software developers, technical leads, SMEs, and other stakeholders to promote Agile mindset and best practices.

• Responsibilities include:
• Facilitating the Agile/Scrum/Kanban process for multiple software development teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guiding the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identifying and addressing any impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, using agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.
• Promoting a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Continuously improving Agile processes by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and their practical application in software development projects. Comprehensive leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
