The role of Tech Lead Java at Apside Portugal involves being a key member of our agile teams, responsible for delivering high-quality solutions within the framework of SAFe. Key Responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead Java, you will manage the development and maintenance of applications, ensuring continuous delivery and well-coordinated releases.
You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest development trends and best practices, providing technical leadership to the team.
Additionally, you will work on international projects within multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You have over 8 years of technical experience in the IT environment.
You have proven experience in Java development, Spring Boot, and using JSF with PrimeFaces.
You have a strong background in external private cloud (AWS).
You have experience with Linux and Windows, scripting (Shell, PowerShell), Active Directory and LDAP.
You have good knowledge of working with Microservices, REST API, Kafka, Kstream.
You have skills in writing virtualization tools such as VMware, Docker, Tanzu.
You have ability in development using Oracle and PostgreSQL.
You have experience using Gitlab, Gitlab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven.
You have knowledge in testing using JUnit framework and tools such as Cucumber, Postman, Selenium.
You have worked with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch & Kibana, Cloudwatch.
You have SAFe methodology.
You have excellent communication skills.
You have fluent written and spoken communication skills in French.
You have full professional proficiency in English.
