Job Description:

• As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Mastercard, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of best-in-class authentication products for e-commerce transactional use cases. This includes planning, execution, and delivery of existing technology products or programs from inception to completion, as well as proactively managing the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the engineering team and all dependent organizations.
• Key Requirements:
• Experience in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
• Strong communication skills in English.
