As a Scrum Master at Phiture, you'll play a critical role in driving our Human Resources strategy forward. You'll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and lead the implementation of SuccessFactors modules to achieve business success.

• About the Role
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive team efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders to manage the backlog and oversee waterfall projects.
• Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of SuccessFactors modules to optimize business outcomes.

• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management using the Scrum model, with a focus on Human Resources systems.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
