About the Role

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and excellent leadership skills, guiding the team towards full agility and self-organization.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support the Product Owner in product backlog management, ensuring effective planning and prioritization of tasks.
• Identify and proactively remove impediments, both technical and non-technical.
• Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Scrum Master certification and expertise in Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of Agile Estimating & Planning, Scrum ceremonies, and artifacts.
