Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our multinational fintech team. As Agile Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting the Product Owner and ensuring effective product backlog management. Your expertise will help identify and proactively remove impediments, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive team success.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Scrum Master certified with strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Excellent communication, analysis, and listening skills
• Strong proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Experience in development is valued
