The role of a Project Planner at Vestas Technology & Operations is to oversee the operational planning and maintenance of the sub-module execution, working closely with Functional Leads, Tech Lead, and Designer.

This position requires strong project management skills, proficiency in MS Project and Jira, and experience with budgeting and resource management. As a Project Planner, you will facilitate sprint planning meetings as Sub Module SCRUM master and support on C-level plan preparation.

You will be responsible for maintaining project execution dashboards within different systems, including JIRA, ECM, SAP PPM, and PowerBI. Additionally, you will convey information between project and sub-module project teams and support functional reviews and other relevant project meetings.
