• Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure effective product backlog management
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and agility
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential
• Ensure seamless communication across departments and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in agile development
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address obstacles

• Requirements
• +5 years of experience in agile project management or a related field
• Proven track record of successful agile implementations
• Deep understanding of agile principles and frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• English language proficiency: C1 level or higher
