  • Job Responsibilities
  • Mentor the team as an Agile advocate and promote continuous improvement processes.
  • Manage conflicts and impediments, coach the team on conflict resolution, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide clear reports and updates to various audiences, leveraging your prior technical experience to triage development and QA tickets based on business priorities.
  • Translate product features into well-defined requirements, including features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and driving project success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and software engineering principles.
