As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for conducting Scrum ceremonies and rituals in the squad, managing sprints, and participating in tribe ceremonies. You will also support the Product Owner and Core Team, ensuring effective communication and the onboarding of new team members.
Key qualifications for this role include more than 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a strong personal commitment. Fluency in English and French (desirable) is required, along with professional Scrum Master certification (desirable). Knowledge of Standard Security Protocols is also necessary.
