Job Overview

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to join our Research & Development department. As an Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in promoting Agile methodologies and best practices across our software development teams.

Key responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices, facilitating Agile processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve impediments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in guiding software development teams towards efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• You will work closely with software developers, technical leads, SMEs, and other stakeholders to promote an Agile mindset and best practices. Your expertise in agile methodologies and proven leadership skills will contribute to the seamless execution of our software projects.
• Requirements
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices.
• Proficient in using agile project management tools and metrics.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
