  • *PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Project Manager - for Packaging Digital Solutions**
  • *Your mission**:
  • - Structure the charter and project plan, ensuring compliance with established Project Management methodologies;
  • - Execute project activities as defined in the plan, supervising all stages of the process;
  • - Monitor and control development progress against the project plan, identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures if necessary;
  • - Identify and analyze risk management issues and develop plans to mitigate and minimize potential risks;
  • - Demonstrate team coordination and non-authoritative leadership skills by providing guidance and support to the project team;
  • - Serve as the focal point for the project team, receiving progress reports and ensuring effective execution of assigned tasks;
  • - Collaborate with the Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the Marketing function and other stakeholders during launch processes;
  • - Coordinate and collaborate closely with teams allocated to the project, internal or external, defining clear guidelines and motivating resources to achieve established objectives;
  • - Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • - Work on Implementing governance and ways of working defined at the program level;
  • - Manage the launch plan;
  • - Reviews and adaptations of the product roadmap;
  • - Coordinate tests;
  • - Communicate the release cycle;
  • - Plan resources;
  • - Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation following company MSE standards;
  • - Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met;
  • - Report and escalate to senior management when necessary;
  • - Prepare project reports following the communication plan;
  • - Manage project costs;
  • - Conduct meetings and calls for project-related activities.
  • *Requirements**:
  • - Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management/Digital Product Management;
  • - Strong experience in multifunctional deployment of digital products;
  • - Having experience working with packaging solutions will be an advantage;
  • - Strong project management skills;
  • - Time management abilities;
  • - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • - Problem-solving attitude;
  • - Open-mindedness and “can-do” attitude;
  • - **English C1|C2 - (mandatory).**
