  • Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects in an MSS context, ensuring effective deliveries in line with established deadlines and targets.
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) and managing the backlog in close collaboration with Product Owners and key stakeholders if applicable or managing waterfall projects.
  • Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of SuccessFactors system modules, with a focus on compensation, onboarding, crossboarding, performance, and succession processes.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams, promoting a collaborative and efficient environment.
  • Resolving impediments proactively, mitigating risks, and ensuring the continuous productivity of the teams.
  • Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement of processes and deliveries.
  • Ensuring the integration of SuccessFactors with other HR platforms, aligning technical and business requirements.
  • Acting as a strategic consultant, promoting agile management practices and contributing to the organization's digital transformation.
