At TN Portugal, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our software development teams using agile methodologies. As a Scrum Master, you'll facilitate the Agile/Scrum/Kanban process, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile principles and practices, with experience in coaching and mentoring team members on self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

We're seeking someone who can identify and address impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate solutions. Additionally, you'll monitor and track project progress, using agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.
