Job Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background and experience leading teams in an agile environment. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Develop and implement an application for our Linux powered control (ctrlX CORE);
• Define technical tasks for and with the team based on market requirements and derive the delivery roadmap in close contact with product management;
• Manage and support the agile development team during the implementation phase and assure timely completion;
• BSc/MSc in computer science, SW engineering, or related fields;
• Experience as product owner or project manager of an agile development team;
• Knowledge of agile methodology and principles, as well as test-driven development;
• Effective communication skills and team player with very good English skills, capable of collaborating across functional areas. German is a plus.
