Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our software development department, you will play a crucial role in guiding our teams and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Cultivate a culture of self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks.
• Identify and address impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress.
• Monitor and track project progress using agile project management tools and metrics.

• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
