• QiBit is seeking an experienced Agile Project Director to lead our IT projects and ensure successful delivery. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing Agile projects, focusing on incremental delivery of business value and scope growth.
• Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Agile project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery;
• Collaborate closely with various business units to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into innovative solution proposals;
• Lead Agile projects, focusing on incremental delivery of business value and scope growth;
• Oversee the performance of IT partners and system integrators, ensuring efficient cost management, adherence to timelines, and quality of delivery.

You will have a Degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 05 years of experience in program/project management. You should possess strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies, as well as good understanding of business drivers and customer focus. Fluency in English is essential.
