About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Master to lead our teams and organizations in scaling agile practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing agile frameworks and scaling strategies, enabling teams and organizations to achieve operational excellence.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
• Coach Teams and Leaders: Mentor teams and leadership on agile principles, fostering a mindset that supports agility and adaptability at scale.
• Guide teams in adopting and scaling agile frameworks such as LeSS, Kanban, or any other that can give an extra booster to the team.
• Align Strategy with Execution: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain alignment between strategic objectives and team-level execution.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Use metrics such as flow efficiency, velocity, and cycle time to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Promote Agile Culture: Champion agile values across the organization to support cross-team collaboration and innovation.
