Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can facilitate our cross-functional team's delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and refining the product backlog
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Help the team identify and remove impediments
• Act as an internal coach to improve team performance and efficiency
• Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• C1 level English proficiency
