We are seeking a results-driven Scrum Master to join our agile team at KCS IT. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating team collaboration, resolving impediments, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality products. Additionally, you will be responsible for removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements: To be successful as a Scrum Master, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer-related discipline or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban). Scrum Master certification is also required. Fluency in English is essential, and you must be already based in Portugal with all necessary documentation.
