• Hiring a Business Process Analyst at Hexa Consulting presents an opportunity for you to make a significant impact on our organization. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Responsibilities:
• Analyzing current business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing process improvements using Agile methodologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process implementation
• Maintaining knowledge of microservices design principles, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software. Additionally, they should have experience working with Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM), Agile delivery certifications (SAFe, LeSS, etc.), and/or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
