• Key Accountabilities:
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to drive effective project planning and execution.
• Promote strong understanding of Scrum, XP, and Kanban principles and best practices among team members.
• Cultivate and mentor high-performing teams that thrive in agile environments.

• Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Deep understanding of agile frameworks, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills and strong cultural fit with WE ARE META's values.
• Background in software development is a significant advantage.
