• About the Job
• A Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience;
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks;
• Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint planning;
• Ability to foster collaboration, remove impediments, and support the Product Owner;
• Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset;
• Autonomous, proactive, and critical thinker;
• Fluent in English (French is a plus);
• Professional Scrum Master certification is a valuable asset;
• Knowledge of Standard Security Protocols (SAML2, OIDC, etc.) is a plus;
