Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large-sized projects, providing comprehensive project management expertise for key business clients. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading Scrum teams and improving current Scrum processes.

• Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and close projects within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and targeted profitability levels.
• Lead project planning, risk management, and scope management activities.
• Ensure client acceptance for partial and complete deliveries.
• Manage and coordinate local, remote, and third-party team members effectively.
• Actively identify and pursue further business opportunities within existing projects and accounts.

• Requirements:
• Proven track record of leading Scrum teams and improving Scrum processes.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Good leadership skills and ability to lead/manage Agile ceremonies sessions.
• Business service-oriented and able to collect, build, and present sprint KPIs.
• Technical knowledge to support activities and improve Scrum processes.
