We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master to join our dynamic hardware development team. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth execution of Scrum processes.

• Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support the Product Owner: Assist in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
• Promote the Scrum Framework: Advocate for and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles hindering team productivity.
• Foster Team Collaboration: Encourage effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.
• Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role (preferred but not required).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
