About the Role

We are seeking an Agile Operations Specialist to support the delivery of Client Engagement solutions and applications to our Maisons. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the team through the Agile process, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, and collaborating closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.

A strong background in Marketing Cloud administration and development, along with proven experience in Agile methodologies, are essential assets to successfully drive our delivery activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills, with experience working in a complex, fast-paced distributed environment.

• Responsibilities
• Guide team through Agile process and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product backlog
• Coach team on Agile principles and foster culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
• Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team's progress
• Work closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints
