• Collaborating with project managers and technical leads to integrate software solutions into projects.
• Establishing a positive team environment, promoting innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Identifying and resolving impediments blocking team progress, working closely with stakeholders.

• Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Agile Coach; Senior Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English.
