Role Outline

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead medium to large-sized projects, providing comprehensive project management expertise for key business clients. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for full oversight of project scope, scheduling, financials, and risk management from initiation through to successful project completion.

  • Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Take full responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and closure of medium to large-sized projects.
  • Lead comprehensive project planning, risk management, and scope management activities.
  • Deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and targeted profitability levels.
  • Regularly report project status and financial performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure client acceptance for partial and complete deliveries.
  • Manage and coordinate local, remote, and third-party team members effectively, ensuring cohesive project execution.
  • Actively identify and pursue further business opportunities within existing projects and accounts.
  • Provide expert consultancy services, including the creation of project concepts and specifications.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring alignment with expectations and requirements.
  • Support the acquisition process, contributing significantly to proposals and offer creation.
  • Develop and enhance project management capabilities within the team, actively mentoring and coaching other project managers.
  • Act as an advocate for organizational change, proactively promoting best practices and innovation within project management.
  • Requirements:
  • Strong Scrum knowledge
  • Be able to coach scrum team
  • Be able to setup scrum framework
  • Be able to improve current Scrum process, for example transition to story points
  • Good leadership skills
  • Be able to lead/manage the Agile ceremonies sessions
  • Be able to create good team spirit on a team that has people from different providers, countries.
  • Business service-oriented
  • Strong knowledge on Azure DevOps
  • SAFe framework knowledge
  • Be able to prepare and lead some SAFe ceremonies like PI planning
  • Coach team about SAFe framework
  • Autonomous

  • Be able to collect, build and present sprint KPIs, like % of readiness, % of done, % of acceptance (important)
