• Your Responsibilities
• Sprint Planning and Execution: Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress tracking.
• Support the Product Owner: Collaborate in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, guaranteeing team understanding and unity.
• Promote Agile Framework: Foster a culture of Scrum adherence and values, advocating for process improvements and encouraging individual growth.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles hindering team productivity, ensuring a smooth workflow.
