We are looking for a highly skilled Project Team Lead to join our Inetum team. As a key leader in our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects from start to finish.

• Main Tasks:
• Ensure smooth project delivery and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders
• Conduct daily meetings to monitor progress and report on status updates
• Support team members in developing their skills and knowledge
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Profile:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
• Experience with Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira
• Teamwork driven and collaborative approach
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency:
• English (C2) is mandatory

• Work Arrangement:
• Hybrid work arrangement with 1/2x per week in our office in Lisbon
