About the Role:

At Tn Portugal, we are currently looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead our Scrum Master team in a multinational fintech company. As a seasoned Agile expert, you will be responsible for supporting the Product Owner in effective product backlog management and identifying impediments to proactively remove them.

• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
• Scrum Master certified
• Good understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Experience in development (valued)
• Great communication, analysis, and listening skills
• English proficiency at C1 level
