TN Portugal is seeking an experienced Technology Portfolio Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting business objectives.

• About the Job:
• Manage scope, priority, and delivery organization effectively.
• Understand the platforms and services provided to end customers.
• Lead a team of project managers, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring them.

• Your Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience working in digital projects (especially valued if in OTT or Telco sectors).
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Broad experience in project management, particularly in Agile environments.

• Can handle senior stakeholders and operate in crisis management mode.
• Has extremely well organized, punctual, and methodical while maintaining a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
