Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our team in delivering high-quality projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile teams, ensuring smooth project workflows, and promoting collaboration.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
• Scrum Master certified
• Good understanding of Agile principles & Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Agile Estimating & Planning
• Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
• Agile Practices related to Software Engineering: Automated Testing techniques, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment, Test Driven Development
• Metrics: Velocity vs Productivity
• Tools: Jira/Confluence
• Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management
• Identify and proactively remove impediments
• Act as an internal coach to the team
• Experience in development (valued)
