About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Director to join our team at TN Portugal. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving project delivery from concept to launch.

Your primary focus will be on mentoring team members as an Agile advocate and continuous improvement processes. You will also manage conflicts and impediments if they arise and coach the team on managing them.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure all stakeholders are up-to-date on the team's progress and deliverables status by maintaining open and honest communications.

You will provide clear reports with different specifications for different audiences and leverage your prior technical/coding experience to triage development and QA tickets based on business and customer priorities.

• Additionally, you will own and supervise the product backlog, story writing, project roadmap, and dependencies.
• Key Responsibilities

• Requirements
• At least 5 years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams in the role of Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or Engineering Manager
• Ability to coordinate schedules across multiple time zones
• Proven track record of management skills in areas such as conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning, and backlog management
• A software engineering background with the ability to comfortably speak in technical jargon
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
• Proven ability to analyze product use cases and requirements from all points of the SDLC, including the architecture, development, testing, and deployment phases
