Job Description:
Kverneland Group, a leading international company in agricultural machinery and digital services, seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager to join its team. This role will play a crucial part in the development of innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture.

The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience as a project manager in a product development environment that includes software and machinery. They should be well-versed in Agile product development methodologies and have experience working with international customers and managing their project portfolios. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA, and be able to set up project KPIs effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and financial objectives are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes that align with business goals. Your expertise in portfolio management will enable you to prioritize projects strategically, taking into account interdependencies and stakeholder expectations.
