Job Description:

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality software products in a microservices-based environment. With a strong background in agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, this individual will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver software products and features on time and within scope.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach cross-functional Scrum teams to achieve their goals.
• Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering software projects using Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.
