We're looking for a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to drive digital transformation within our international project team at Axians.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in leading agile teams and fostering collaboration.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, maintaining a positive and productive team environment
• Maintain and manage sprint schedules, addressing impediments as they arise
• Support the Product Owner and Core Team in their roles
• Communicate progress and facilitate effective decision-making
• Ensure seamless onboarding of new team members

• Essential Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Results-driven problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• English fluency, with French proficiency a plus
• Professional Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
