Your Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize software deliverables
- Manage planning, task distribution, execution, and delivery of long-term projects and daily operations
- Act as a servant-leader and Agile advocate, ensuring our organization leverages Agile values and principles effectively

About You

We are looking for someone with experience as an engineering manager and Agile coach, preferably in a scale-up or fast-changing environment. Ideally, you have hands-on experience in the operational control of tech teams. Furthermore, you should possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive cultural change and influence at multiple levels of an organization.
