Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic PMO to join one of our biggest clients in Lisbon. This multinational financial services firm is one of the largest global financial groups.

• Key Responsibilities:
• You will join the Transformation & Projects (T&P) team based in Paris, responsible for coordinating internal projects.
• The T&P team supports all company projects, including integration of new market services and organisational model evolutions.
• You will lead project teams in determining business requirements and translating these into operational plans, following deployment with IT and project teams.

• Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as PMO in an IT/Software Development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
