Job Description:

As a Scrum Master at TN Portugal, you will play a pivotal role in driving our software development teams forward. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project delivery and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes for multiple development teams, guaranteeing adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and address any impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and track project progress, using Agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.
